**UPDATE AS OF 09 SEPTEMBER 2026** The purpose of this update is to notify industry that the final Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled for release the week of 21 September 2026, and that the Government has completed responses to all questions received during the Draft RFP phase. Due to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling restrictions, the Q&A document will not be posted publicly and must be requested through formal access controls. To obtain access to the restricted Draft RFP Q&A document, interested parties must request access through SAM.gov. Prior to granting access, the government will verify that the contractor maintains a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment score of 110 posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Once the Government confirms a vendor can receive and safeguard CUI, the Draft RFP Q&A document will be available for review in SAM.gov.…
