This is not a Solicitation. This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 1620-006540641, ARM,TOW,NOSE LANDIN/ 06F, C-130 HERCULES AIRCRAFT. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside (FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AFTER THE EXCLUSION OF SOURCES). The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15.
