Scope

The OFFERS DUE DATE is being pushed back to Oct. 22,2026. Currently, RFIs are being answered and additional time is needed. An amendment will be sent out once a response for the RFIs has been completed. Amendment 0001 is to provide responses to the RFIs submitted. Offers due date remains unchanged. Due date: 09/30/2026 by 4:30 PM MST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, is soliciting proposals for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to construct a new 7-bay enclosed parking garage at the Piegan CBP Housing Complex, located at 5023 US Highway 89 N., Babb, MT 59411.
