Scope

**The purpose of this amendment is to: A. Correct percentage in Factor 1 for General contractor. B. Make clarification on projects for DOR in Factor 1. C. Correct period of performance for clarification; 730 calendar days. D. Remove Item 4 Schedule from Team Integration, Factor 2. E. Add site visit date for reference or planning purposes; noting this will only be applicable to those who are down-selected to Phase 2, F. Provide updated attachments Experience in Relevant Projects and Past Performance Questionnaire. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This amendment has four (4) attachments. This is a two-phase Design-Build to Budget (DBtB) solicitation for the design and construction of the Component Rebuild Shop in accordance with procedures at RFO 36 and part 15.
