September 16, 2026 - The solicitation has been extended to September 25, 2026, at 4:00PM Mountain Daylight Time. The Government is currently working on completing the Questions and Answers (Q&A) Document, depending on when the Q&A document is posted the solicitation may be extended again. Please note that an award will no longer be issued in Fiscal Year 2026. It is now planned that the award will be made in Fiscal Year 2027.
