Scope

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice Only. Reference number: W9128F26RA069 On or about 3 September 2026, the Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price design-build(DB)/design-bid-build (DBB) Small Business (SB) set-aside, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a shared capacity of $99M and a targeted pool of five (5) contractors for Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) Roofing services. No response to this notice is required. The contracts will be awarded for a total of five (5) years; one three (3) year base period and one two (2) year option period.
