Marine Corps Intense Cold Weather Combat Boot

Scope

This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of Boots, Intense Cold Weather Marine Corps Combat (MC ICWB) PGC#03939. The MC ICWB will be procured in accordance with purchase description MC/PD-23-01 dated 15 December 2023. The solicitation will have one (1) lot for a 100% of total requirement and be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside Competition after Exclusion of Sources, FAR 6.203 Set-asides for small business concerns. The solicitation will be evaluated under Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: (1) Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and (2) Past Performance Confidence Assessment.
