Scope

**NOTE: This is an update to include the scheduled site visit information**** ***Expected solicitation will be issued soon***** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to solicit and award a single firm-fixed-price Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract for the construction of a new Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower. The scope of this DBB project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a concrete foundation, steel framing, masonry walls, metal roof, fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC, electrical and telecommunication systems, backup generation, elevator, and all associated utility and site work.
