Scope

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4,200 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space located within a � mile radius of 896 Plaza Boulevard, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17603. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 10 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
