URC-300 VHF/UHF Transceiver Assembly and Remote Control Unit (RCU)

Scope

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), AFTC/PZZF, Edwards AFB, CA, hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Notice of Intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. This transaction is conducted pursuant to RFO 6.103-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," as implemented by RFO FC 12.201-1, "Simplified procedures." The Government intends to award a sole-source contract exclusively to ACG Systems, Inc. (CAGE: 1FRK9; COTS Vendor/Small Business), located at 133 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401-7023. 2.
