Scope

The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is seeking data and analytics to improve our awareness of activity at sea (maritime domain awareness). This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) describes our efficient, five-step competitive process to find and buy commercial solutions. Successful companies may receive FAR-based, fixed-price commercial contracts or Other Transaction agreements for prototypes (Prototype OTs). This is a focused announcement for this single topic only.
