GPO G-Street Sidewalk Repair

Scope

This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for a competitive solicitation that GPO intends to post on SAM.gov on or about May 11, 2026. The scope of work includes: The concrete sidewalk and the vault structure beneath the G Street Sidewalk are showing signs of moderate to severe deterioration of the concrete and the encased structural framing. Over time and a failure of the waterproofing membrane, salt water, and other liquids constantly migrate into the reinforced slab and cause deterioration substantial damages. The contractor shall provide the labor, material, equipment, and supervision to demolish and install the sidewalk slab and to repair and renovate the vaults beams, concrete slab, waterproofing membrane, and columns and other related structures to eliminate the water migration into the basement.
