AMENDMENT 00002 10 SEP 2026 PWS has been update to remove mandatory pre-award site visit. AMENDMENT 00001 07 SEP 2026 All EAL request for the site visit must be submitted to the CO and CS listed in the contract information. 55 CONS will require the following information for each person wishing to attend the site vist: Legal Name of Guest: (Last, First, MI) Sex: Male (M) Female (F) DOB: (YYYYMMDD) Driver�s License# & State or FNV Passport# or Immigration ID#: Citizenship (Country): Replacement and removal of an un-level multi-surface flooring in the TACFIT area of the Offutt AFB Fieldhouse.
