Scope

In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is requesting quotes for the following commercial services: Cable TV & Internet Services. Quotations are due via email to Emma Newbegin, [email protected], no later than 10:00 AM HST, 25 September 2026. Questions are posted in the attachments. At this time questions regarding this solicitation will no longer be accepted. Information provided from answers to questions shall not change/qualigy the terms and confditions of the solcitation and speciications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solciitation is ameded in writing. if an amendment is issued, normal procedure relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solcitiation amendments shall apply.
