The attached letter is a reminder from the HUD Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to all HUD industry partners who have an active contract of the recent enactment of and required compliance with the "No TickTok on Government Devices Act." Please direct any questions or concerns you have to your assigned HUD contracting officer.
