Scope

Notice of Intent to award a sole source requirement for SOG Assessment Services to Horizon Performance LLC (UEI: K4U8LGLJ2LG1). This proposed contract action is for SOG Assessment Services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i) � Only One Responsible Source. Horizon Performance has successfully implemented a turnkey solution for the BORTAC Selection and Certification Course holistic personnel assessment system. The system is fully operationally capable and currently supports BORTAC�s assessment requirements. BORTAC now requires annual software licensing, continued maintenance, technical consultation, and additional configuration or expansion of capability as required under the period of performance.
