Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small Form Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family 3 (SF3) Radio

Scope

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) in support of the Tactical Data Link (TDL) Program Office (formerly Multifunctional Information Distribution (MIDS) Program Office (MPO)) plans to issue a Full and Open Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development and procurement of National Security Agency (NSA) certified MIDS Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small Weapons Attritable (SWARMM) Family 3 (SF3) Radios. This contemplated Solicitation is estimated to be released during the fourth quarter of fiscal year (FY) 2026 and the resultant contract will support the development, qualification, certification and delivery of quantity 100 of MIDS WDL SF3 terminals.
