This project is a Design-Build to Budget of Operations Division office building in Tuscaloosa, AL. Design and Construct facility sited along the Black Warrior River consisting of approximately 22,845 square feet. Site amenities include a visitors parking lot, secured vehicle parking, and land perimeter fencing to include gated entry.
