Scope

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) � Fort Bliss, in support of services needed to remove, replace, and dispose of the DC battery system in Building 30430. The system supports critical network and communications functions, including the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) capability, and uninterrupted power is essential to preventing major outages that would degrade mission support across Fort Bliss.
