Request for Information (RFI): Aviator�s Night Vision Imaging System (ANVIS) Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Solutions 1. Description & Purpose For market research and planning purposes, the US Army is conducting an assessment of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions for helmet-mounted Aviation Night Vision goggles. The Government is seeking information and production samples from industry to identify potential COTS solutions capable of meeting or exceeding the requirements for the Aviator�s Night Vision Imaging System (ANVIS). 2.
