7 CES Transformers

Scope

The 7th Contractign Squadron is soliciting 10 Pad Mounted KVA ABB Transformers in accordance with the required salient characteristics. This is a Brand name requierment. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation prepared IAW RFO Part 12 Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this contract.
