Scope

Title: FEMA Region 6 FRC Flat Plate Heat Exchanger Install & VSAB-1 Fan Box Rebuild Contract Type: FFP The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Region 6 project is to enhance energy efficiency and optimize temperature control in the FRC and VSAB 1 buildings located at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209. The project will support HVAC requirements through two key initiatives. Wage Determination Davis Bacon TX20260243 Rev. 1 dated 05/18/2026 is applicable to this solicitation and corresponding contract.
