Scope

This is a solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA930126Q0035 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to offerors. BACKGROUND: This is to replenish the current supply of SOLBERG 3% MIL-SPEC Synthetic Fluorine-Free Foam (SFFF) concentrate and maintain firefighting agent supplies across fire emergency response assets assigned to Edwards AFB. This SFFF is on the Department of Defense Qualified Products List (QPL), is biodegradable, contains no siloxanes or intentionally added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
