G--Retreat Facilitator for Naval District Washington (NDW)

Scope

The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract, utilizing procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, for a Full-Time Retreat Facilitator in support of Chaplain Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO). The emphasis of this position is on the development, implementation, execution and evaluation of CREDO workshops, the contractor shall not be limited to workshops and may be utilized as needed for retreat events. This position will involve approximately 80% workshop leadership and 20% retreat facilitation. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completion of the retreats, workshops, assessments, and reports in support of the CREDO program as required.
