Scope

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to 10x Genomics for GEM-X Single Cell 5� Gene Expression Kits and Companion Reagents. The Government intends to solicit from a single source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The requirement is for the following supplies: (2) GEM-X Universal 5� Gene Expression v3 Kits � 48 samples (2) GEM-X Universal 5� Gene Expression v3 Kits � 4 samples (4) Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 5� Chip Kits v3 � 4 chips (4) Dual Index Kit TT Set A Kits � 96 reactions These kits and companion reagents will be used to analyze single-cell/single-nucleus gene expression profiles across approximately 96 individuals.
