Scope

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to to incorporate RFO 52.219-30 & 52.228-5 and to extend the solicitation closing dat to 29 September 2026 at 1200PM EST. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. Ammendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions the Government received timely. As a result, the PWS and QASP have been updated and incorporated. The solicitation closing date of 29 September 2026 at 12:00 PM EST is not extended. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
