Scope

(Re-solicitation) The Contractor shall relocate one (1) Giant Voice (GV) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) from the penthouse area of building 1108, located on Hanscom, AFB, MA. to the spare office space on the 3rd floor of building 1108. This RTU is one of six RTUs that are part of the base-wide ATI Mass Alert system, which is controlled by two Central Control Units (REACT 5000s). Please see the Performance Work Statement(PWS) for additional requirements. NOTICE OF MANDATORY SITE VISIT: The aformentioned are considered required for a quote to be acceptable for contract award. 1. A site visit will be held on Hanscom AFB on 3 September 2026 beginning at 9:00 AM ET.
