D--Clearview AI for facial recognition technology

Scope

The OJS requires advanced facial recognition technology to support MMU investigations involving missing and murdered individuals, human trafficking, and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC). The MMU seeks to acquire six (6) user accounts with Clearview AI, enabling authorized personnel to rapidly identify and locate missing persons, crime victims, and suspects nationwide. Access to Clearview AI�s platform is critical to MMU�s mission, providing capabilities necessary for sensitive and urgent investigations.
