Scope

This notice of Intent to Sole Source is made to satisfy the requirements of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101.The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District (SWL) intens to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order to Lyle Machinery Co (cage 3D6L9). This is a supply purchase order to replace two (2) load cells with calibrations and upper mast pin in sheaves by factory authorized personnel utilizing original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Work will take place at the Dardanelle Marine Terminal. This action will be executed under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) Restricting Competition for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT).
