Scope

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP) invites all qualified parties to submit a response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) entitled, �Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certification Services� for the purpose of entering into one Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. This requirement is for the IHS Headquarters Office of Clinical and Preventive Service. The Contracting Office is the Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP).
