NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE The 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base, Japan, intends to award a single source purchase order to Quality Research, Development & Consulting, Inc. (QRDC), Excelsior, MN, to procure the Reusable Energy Absorbing Layer (REAL) and Reusable Universal Skid Board (RUSB) items. The REAL and RUSB system has been tested and approved for airdrops by U.S. Air Force. QRDC is the sole provider of the REAL and RUSB system.
