NAVWAR Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)

Scope

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command�s (NAVWAR) mission is to identify, develop, deliver and sustain information warfare capabilities and services that enable naval, joint, coalition and other national missions operating in warfighting domains from seabed to space; and to perform such other functions and tasks as directed. NAVWAR is interested in awarding agreements and contracts to carry out this mission via Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) announcement N00039-25-S-0001, under the authority of 10 USC 3458. The CSO is a competitive process, intended to ensure that competitive procedures are used to the maximum extent practicable when entering into agreements or contracts to carry out the prototype projects authorized under 10 USC 3458.
