Scope

This notice provides the solicitation documents needed for submitting a proposal to compete for the GBS Area I Multiple Award Contracts via on-ramping procedures. The original solicitation and first six amendments are posted as a conformed document. READ ENTIRELY as there were many questions that were answered during the initial solicitation.
