Scope

The purpose of this requirement is to acquire an updated voice communications system�complete with necessary equipment and maintenance support�to support various MARFORRES Home Training Centers. The incoming system will replicate the current operational standards established by AT&T and includes Layer 1 physical infrastructure upgrades for locations that need cable run extensions.
