The purpose of this synopsis is to notify potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), in accordance with the requirements of Public Law 109-461 of this requirement. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System has a requirement to Install Catwalks and Safety Railings for Aboveground Fuel Tank; project # 520-27-102, located at Biloxi, MS.
