Scope

With FAR Overhaul, commercial acquisitions under SAT should follow the prescriptions of FAR Part 12. IAW FAR Part 12, the method of acquisition must be a Request for Quote (RFQ). Therefore the original RFP number 19EC3026R0002 has been converted to RFQ 19EC3026Q0003. Pre-solicitation RFP 19EC3026R0002 is valid for the solicitation RFQ 19EC3026Q0003. The U.S. Consulate General Guayaquil has a requirement for janitorial services for USG owned property in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All interested qualified sources may submit an offer for consideration.
