Notice of Intent: MILITARY SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS (MILSATCOM) SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, INTEGRATION AND TEST(MSEIT)

Scope

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, LinQuest Corporation, for the continuation of Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) support pursuant to RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contemplated action will extend the period of performance of the current CPIF contract for an anticipated 12-months and four 3-month option periods, for a potential total extension of 24 months if all options are exercised. The requirement anticipates a level of effort equivalent to approximately 380 FTEs providing continued SEIT support across the MSEIT mission areas described below.
