NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Psomagen, Inc. GEM-X Cell QC, sequencing and data analysis

Scope

Title: Psomagen, Inc. GEM-X Cell testing (ongoing studies) This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source (NOI), not a request for proposal. The National Cancer Institute intends to negotiate on an other-than-full-and-open competition basis with Psomagen, Inc., 1330 Piccard Dr., Suite 103, Rockville, MD 20850-4372 for quality control of submitted single cell samples, generation of sequencing libraries with 10X Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 5p RNA, and expression analysis data of (frozen) clinical xenograft biosamples. The testing is being obtained from Psomagen, Inc. to remain consistent with prior data of ongoing research studies. A critical factor in filling the requirement is the limited viability (no more than 2 hours transport time) of the irreplaceable study biosamples.
