Scope

SUBJECT: GOVERNMENT OWNED, PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL BUILDING ERECTION, GRANGER LAKE, TEXAS. PROPOSED SOLICITATION NUMBER: W9126G26QA113; POSTED ON OR ABOUT 20 AUGUST 2026. SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: 10 SEPTEMBER 2026. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision to erect a Government furnished pre-engineered steel building as shown in Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 2 and in accordance with SOW Section 13 34 19 METAL BUILDING SYSTEMS. Materials required for the complete erection of the pre-engineered steel building not listed in SOW Attachment 1 shall be furnished by the Contractor and submitted to the COR for approval.
