Scope

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT MODIFICATION: The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Procurement Division intends to award a Contract Modification to USCG Contract 70Z03824DJ0000013 for the procurement of forty-four (44) additional T700-401D engines. The statutory authority for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.103-1 (FAR Class Deviation 25-11). In accordance with FAR 6.103-1 (FAR Class Deviation 25-11), the supplies listed below are available from only one source. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is General Electric Company (Cage Code 99207).
