AMENDMENT 00002 17 SEP 2026 Photos from site visit and AF logo, answers in response to vendor questions have been posted. AMENDMENT 00001 7 SEP 2026 All EAL request for the site visit must be submitted to the CO and CS listed in the contract information. 55 CONS will require the following information for each person wishing to attend the site vist: Legal Name of Guest: (Last, First, MI) Sex: Male (M) Female (F) DOB: (YYYYMMDD) Driver�s License# & State or FNV Passport# or Immigration ID#: Citizenship (Country): Basketball court 4 is severely damaged, the protective coating peeling and stripping in many places, leaving the court unsafe for play and PFA execution. Provide necessary labor to resurfacing, retrofit the existing court with in floor net sleeves. SITE VISIT A site visit will take place on Monday, 14 September at 1300 CST.
