Scope

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) requires a contractor to provide emergency residential housing and case management services to homeless Veterans as part of the Community Based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program for the VA New Jersey Health Care System. The due date for quotes is indefinitely suspended until further notice due to pending litigation before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
