Notice of Intent: Preventative Maintenance on Ameriwater Sterile Process Water System

Scope

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE), on behalf of Hanscom Air Force Base, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to HYDROTECH WATER SOLUTIONS LLC (Cage: 4NNZ9). The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements�. The contract is intended to provide quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance and repair services for dental equipment in accordance with manufacturer-recommended maintenance requirements. HYDROTECH WATER SOLUTIONS LLC (Cage: 4NNZ9) installed the existing system and can provide preventive maintenance for the system and its components.
