Presolicitation- Juvenile Services within the area of Garza County, Texas

Scope

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Secure Juvenile Services (in-house beds) for juvenile, male and female, offenders Federal offenders within the area Garza County, Texas held under the authority of various United States statutes. The Secure Juvenile Services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Juvenile Secure SOW March 2025�. This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed unit prices for all line items. The In-House requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 13 beds and an estimated maximum of 20 beds, to be filled with any combination of males and females for the One-year Base Period and each of the Four One-year Option Periods.
