See attached special notice The primary purpose of this Special Notice is to alert industry partners that the upcoming Architect�Engineer (A�E) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) will contain and combine BOTH Civil Works and Military Construction (MILCON) missions into a single unrestricted contract vehicle.
