AMENDMENT 1 - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS POSTED - 18 SEP 26 This is a solicitation for a commercial brand name product prepared in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12.201-1(c)(1). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order to provide equipment for Ophthalmic Screening Rooms to the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) 10th Medical Group. The necessary equipment of the Ophthalmic Screening Room requirement can be found in the CLIN structure of Attachment 1 - Solicitation FA700026Q0113. This acquisition is a 100% small business comepetitive set-aside for a Brand Name requirement.
