Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Helmel Checkmaster Model 216-142. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to HELMEL ENGINEERING PRODUCTS INC., Niagara Falls, New York 14305-3512, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that HELMEL ENGINEERING PRODUCTS INC. is the sole provider of Helmel Checkmaster Model 216-142 NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
