Scope

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement to supply and delivery landscaping equipment to a Veteran Beneficiary enrolled in the VR&E Self-Employment Program. Equipment required includes the following: Commercial Zero-Turn Riding Mower Commercial 36-Inch Hydrostatic Walk-Behind Mower Commercial Tandem Axle Utility Trailer Requirement is for Brand Name or Equal Equipment. See solicitation for additional information. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small-Business Set-Aside. Quote Submission deadline is 10:00AM EST on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Solicitation will be posted to www.SAM.gov following the posting of this notice.
