Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Non-micronized Pentaerythritol in accordance with drawing 36-1-317, Rev F. The forthcoming solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract that contains a 100% Option Quantity, to be evaluated at time of award. The forthcoming solicitation will be issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a non-commercial supply and will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror.
