Scope

The ITL has a requirement to purchase Overleaf Software. The ERDC intends to issue an award to Digital Science and Research Solutions INC., 625 Massachusetts Ave FL 2 Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139 3357, United States, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 6. The Overleaf software platform provides a collaborative environment for researchers and editors in real time. These services will satisfy the ITL requirements by extending the capabilities of the currently deployed software. Overleaf software is the only software that can extend the currently deployed software and meet all the capability needs. The award will be issued in accordance with RFO 6.103 1(b).
